Our training program is designed for the needs and desires of the owner. We only accept a limited number of dogs to assure adequate time for each dog. Knowing all dogs are different in temperament and abilities, each dog is trained accordingly. Our goal is to bring out the maximum potential in your dog. 

We offer a basic obedience program which is the foundation for all other formal training. Our obedience program teaches sit, stay, come, heel and teach no barking when commanded. Depending on your pup's ability this course should take three to six weeks. The course costs $500. This includes boarding and food. We work with and encourage owner participation.

When a dog has completed the started program at White House Kennels you should expect him/her to be: 

obedience trained
collar conditioned
retrieving to hand
force fetched
doing simple doubles
reasonably steady on line
introduced to decoys


Depending on the abilities of the dog this program lasts three to five months at $500 per month. This includes boarding, food and birds.

A finished dog is the Ultimate hunting dog. A finished dog at White House Kennels should be able to handle:


multiple marks
diversion birds
multiple blinds
cold blinds
steady to shot
honor working dogs
handle any hunting situation
master hunt test or finished hunt test

Depending on your dog's ability, expect advanced training to take a minimum of seven months at $ 500 per month. This includes boarding, food and birds.
